As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and driven B2B Sales Manager to help elevate Huu Toan to new heights.
Position Overview:
The B2B Sales Manager will lead the sales efforts in the Southern region, managing key customer relationships, discovering new business opportunities, and overseeing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals. The manager will focus on selling gasoline and diesel gensets, as well as ATS (Automatic Transfer Switches). This role will include driving revenue growth, managing a sales team, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders such as owners, consultants, and contractors involved in tendering for M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) packages that include power generation products.
- Lead and coach the sales team, ensuring they are fully equipped to consult on and promote our products, guiding them to win key projects.
- Collaborate with the Technical and Service teams to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Implement and execute a sales strategy, setting targets, allocating resources, and supporting the sales team to meet revenue goals.
- Provide leadership and ensure strong communication, collaboration, and accountability within the sales team for effective pipeline management.
- Develop a high-performance sales team through training, coaching, and mentoring, retaining top talent.
- Actively seek out and close new business opportunities, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, with a focus on B2B business development and new client acquisition.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving new business growth.
- trong self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Leadership qualities with experience in managing, motivating, and coaching a sales team.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and passionate about business development.
- Willingness to travel for short business trips as required.
