Toc Tien Water Plant, with a total investment of 120 billion VND, supplies water to the entire Phu My - My Xuan - Phuoc Hoa industrial zone and residential area with a capacity of 40,000 m3/day. The Toc Tien Water Plant Phase 2 - Stage I project has a capacity of 50,000 m3/day, increasing the total plant capacity to 90,000 m3/day (Toc Tien Water Plant 1 is currently operating at a capacity of 40,000 m3/day). The project consists of two main components: a raw water pumping station and a 12km-long HDPE raw water pipeline, and a water treatment plant (flow division tank, reaction-sedimentation-filtration unit, clean water tank, clean water pumping station, filter backwash pumping station, chemical house, sludge treatment system, technical pipelines, etc.)

Clean water is an essential daily need. However, water treatment plants may face disruptions during power outages, compromising water quality and supply. Generators are crucial to ensure a continuous supply of clean water.

The Toc Tien project is a prime example, where we supplied a 1,000 kVA generator system. Equipped with a durable MTU engine and a high-performance MECC ALTE alternator.

The generator is designed for outdoor operation under a canopy. Our engineers optimized the heat dissipation system, foundation, and fuel tank to ensure continuous operation. Manufactured at our CHU LAI factory, the generator set complies with BS EN ISO 9001:2015 and BS EN ISO 14001:2015 standards. It features a 2mm thick soundproof steel enclosure, efficient exhaust system, and soundproofing foam, ensuring low noise levels and effective heat dissipation. The generator set underwent rigorous load testing at our 2500 kVA test facility and a 100-hour full-load test at the water treatment plant.

The generator set is equipped with a durable MTU engine, capable of rapid load response and meeting ISO 8528 G3 performance standards. It can reach 100% load within 10 seconds and complies with NFPA 110 standards for prime power applications. Offering high efficiency, it provides 85% load factor for standby applications and 75% for continuous operation. Low operating costs, long warranty, and efficient fuel consumption combine to deliver exceptional value. Powered by a high-performance MECC ALTE alternator from Italy, the generator is controlled by a user-friendly 7320 control panel.
